A very approachable wine on the nose that leads with orange blossom, a light floral presence, and a crushed chalk minerality. On the palate, the wine dances with a refreshing and focused acidity. It also carries with it an abundance of minerality evocative of spring rain on warm concrete. This wet stone characteristic carries through the palate where it intertwines with the zest of Meyer lemon and ends on a delightfully invigorating finish making this a superb summer wine to pair with a light charcuterie board, Waldorf salad, or hazelnut crusted halibut.
