This very approachable Pinot noir opens with framboise, a savory note of thyme, and dry slate. After a short time in the glass it transitions to aromas of red fruits, especially rich raspberries. It shows deftness on the palate with soft structural tannins while maintaining a bright, juicy pomegranate characteristic. The acid is present and balanced, but not overbearing and would be quite complementary to light summer fare, rich fish, and charcuterie spreads. A fresh and nimble Pinot that hits all the notes from start to finish!
